“Understanding the Dollars and Sense of Green Development and Construction”

The Urban Land Institute Southwest Florida District Council
 will host a program “Understanding the Dollars and Sense of Green Development and Construction” on Oct. 23 at Florida Gulf Coast University. A panel of regional, statewide and national experts in the field will address the financial aspects of green development using relevant case studies. Florida Gulf Coast University is co-sponsoring the event and Dr. Joe Shepard will provide an update on green initiatives at FGCU. Networking begins at 8 a.m. with the program starting at 8:30 a.m. The cost of the program is $15 for ULI members, $25 for non-members and $10 for students and governmental representatives.
